Are owned exclusively by Simple Tool Studio and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

3.2 Created Content

All logos, images, sound effects, and visual elements in this App were created by or for Simple Tool Studio. Any third-party assets used are properly licensed under open-source or royalty-free licenses.

3.3 Font Usage

This App uses the Rubik 80s Fade font under the Google Fonts Open Font License.

3.4 Icon Usage

Material Design Icons are used under the Apache License 2.0.

3.5 All Rights Reserved

All intellectual property rights belong to Simple Tool Studio and/or our licensors. No rights are granted to any third-party websites, companies, or individuals.

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

Copy, modify, or distribute App content
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use the App for any illegal purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Use cheats, exploits, or automation software
Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the App
Use the App content for commercial purposes

5. User Accounts

You may sign in using Google Sign-In
You are responsible for maintaining account security
You must provide accurate information
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

6. In-App Advertisements

The App displays advertisements
Watching rewarded ads is optional and provides in-game benefits
We are not responsible for third-party ad content
Ad availability may vary by region

7. In-App Rewards

Hints, Fast Pencil, and other rewards are virtual items
Virtual items have no real-world monetary value
We may modify reward systems at any time
Rewards cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

9. Limitation of Liability
